Our sandwich panels consist of a steel outer and inner shell with a core material of insulating PIR hard foam or mineral wool.
The core material determines the thermal values, acoustic performance and fire resistance.
Our products are custom-made and are available with a concealed and/or visible mounting and can be used horizontally and vertically in different profiles, thicknesses, coatings and colours.
Our sandwich panels are very suitable for quick construction, are a good economical choice, score high in the field of sustainability, with circular construction as our starting point.
The Business Line is our private label. A very extensive range of facade and roof sandwich panels produced at various innovative production locations. Available in a (FX fire-resistant) PIR hard foam and/or an FX mineral wool core. Here too, our challenge is a Circular Construction Economy.

Premium Alpha AR Corten - Concealed fire-resistant hard foam sandwich panel from our Business Line range with a standard working width of 1000mm.
The sandwich panel is available in 2 different (exterior) profiles and 3 (interior) profiles and can be applied both vertically and horizontally.

Premium Alpha AR Flat - The sandwich panel is available in a flat (exterior) profile and 3 (interior) profiles and can be applied both vertically and horizontally. We contribute this product to the Circular Construction Economy.

Beta AR KV FX - A visibly attached fire-resistant hard foam sandwich panel.
The panel is available in a trapezium profile (exterior) and 3 (interior) profiles. This panel can only be used as a roof due to the fire resistance.
Beta AR KV - The sandwich panel is available in 4 different (exterior) profiles and 3 (interior) profiles and can be used both vertically and horizontally.
KV stands for KoelVries application.
Beta AR MW XL FX - A visibly attached fire-resistant mineral wool sandwich panel. The panel is available in 4 different (exterior) profiles and 3 (interior) profiles and can be used both vertically and horizontally.
The XL version is equipped with a higher density for better static properties.
Beta PR KV FX - The sandwich panel is available in 4 (exterior) profiles and 2 (interior) profiles and can be applied both vertically and horizontally.
The KV stands for Refrigerated application.
Beta PR KV - Available in 4 (exterior) profiles and 2 (interior) profiles and can be applied both horizontally and vertically.

These products have been developed to enable various types of facades to be installed in combination with a hanging system, allowing you to build sustainably, uniquely and flexibly.
BL Premium Alpha AR / Beta AR KV Carrier - In addition to the advantages of building with insulated sandwich panels, these products offer freedom in aesthetic appearance.
These sandwich panels have been developed for use in combination with a hanging system of different types to be able to install facades that can give the building its own identity.
With the correct calculations, advice and installation you can realize a secondary facade cladding (including rail system).
